I am Sophie Knapp, a Personal Trainer working throughout West Somerset including Minehead, Williton, Taunton and Wellington.
I have been in the fitness industry for over 5 years and I am constantly working on learning something new to train and enhance my clients experience. I love to inspire people to achieve any level of fitness they want, and become healthier for themselves.
I am passionate about people, and I aim to answer any questions you may have, from food and exercise, or injuries to footwear/running shoes. I have supported and organised a charity event for a lady who is running a marathon whilst battling cancer, as well as being the PT to Ash Rangers Ladies Football Club (Taunton).
In 2016 I was honoured to be nominated for 'Lifetime Learner' of the year award, coming joint second after being shortlisted in the top 160 out of 20,000 people! I have also been nominated in the West Somerset Free Press Business Awards.Contact Me to discuss your needs
My passion in fitness is weight lifting and I really love to encourage ladies to lift. It's a scary male dominated area, but brilliant for weight loss not just building muscle!

On payment, you will be sent vial email, a health questionnaire to complete for me to know more about your health and wellbeing, within 24 hours. We will also make arrangements for a full consultation via either email or phone call - I then create a bespoke training and nutritional plan for you.
Payment of £100 must be made before consultation, using the link to PayPal (no account needed) or other arrangements if you have contacted me.If you wish to cancel, you must do so at least 12 hours before your consultation appointment. Once your consultation has happened, no refunds are available as I, your personal trainer, will work on your custom plans.

Just finished the second lot of Bootcamp sessions, Sophie is brilliant, always keeping you motivated and encouraging you to push that little bit harder, with a bit of fun thrown in too! She always explains the next exercise and makes sure you are doing it correctly. I personally feel I have improved a lot from when I first started, now but looking forward to Clubbercise and possibly having some PT sessions.
Had my first Bikini bootcamp with Sophie tonight and WOW is all I can say! Non stop, full body work out with a few laughs along the way, no judgement just great encouragement! Looking forward to next week already!
Sophie is a briliant personal trainer. She kept me well motivated while training for a run which I completed a week ago but i wouldn't of been able to do it without her, if you feel exercise isn't for you sophie is definately the person to book with as she makes it fun!
